Stacey loves helping people and that helpful nature extends directly to her clients who buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate. Prior to Real Estate, she was in Field Services Management at a Computer Corporation for 20 years. Because of outsourcing and downsizing, she had a new opportunity to take a different direction in life. She always had a passion for real estate and home improvement projects, and having previous experience in Management, she had a strong desire to start and manage her own company. Owning a Real Estate business under Keller Williams Realty allows her to do just that. She runs a Real Estate business through them and manage her sales and listings from start to finish.
With a strong background in Service and Management she bring these values to her business along with expertise and understanding contracts and strong negotiation skills.
Above all of this, some of her strongest traits are caring about her clients as people and helping them through the transaction process. She loves teaching and guiding people through the home selling process by advising tips and tricks to help stage a home to get the most money.
One of her best successes is when she worked with a very nice man who unfortunately had been through some health issues and was going through foreclosure on his home. He had occurred tax liens on his property and had assumed with the bank taking over, selling his home was a lost cause.
Her and her team cleaned his house up, washed walls and floors, patched and touched up paint, did some light staging, worked with the banks and foreclosure attorneys and received and negotiated a full-price offer on this home within 3 days. Meanwhile, worked with the Title Company and the State and Feds to negotiate his tax liens. She was able to sell his property out of foreclosure saving him from further financial burdens and he ended up happily retiring to Florida. He was so thankful and appreciative he referred Stacey to his neighbor to sell her house.
She will bring this service and dedication to every sale. She believes that it's not money that defines success, it's moments like this that define her success.
